 A Reflective Practice Model for Transforming Classroom Culture

The Educator’s ABCs™ Framework is a professional learning model designed to strengthen classroom culture through Awareness, Belonging, and Compassion.

Rather than focusing solely on behavior management or policy compliance, the framework centers the adult posture in the classroom. 

When educators deepen self-awareness, intentionally cultivate belonging, and lead with compassionate practice, classrooms become spaces where students feel safe, seen, and ready to learn.

The Educator's ABCs™ Framework integrates:

• Trauma-informed and healing-centered practice
   
• Restorative approaches to discipline
   
• Culturally responsive teaching
   
• Reflective accountability and bias interruption
   
• Whole-child and relationship-centered strategies

The Educator’s ABCs™ Framework Pilot Program launches Summer 2026.

This pilot cohort is designed for:

• K–12 teachers
   
• Instructional leaders
   
• School social workers and counselors
   
• Equity and SEL coordinators
   
• Teacher-leaders seeking to influence school culture
   

Participants will engage in immersive professional learning focused on reflective practice, classroom systems redesign, and measurable impact on belonging and discipline outcomes.

The pilot will serve as a foundational model for district-level expansion and long-term sustainability.
